Mom dearly loved God and her family. She loved coffee and playing BINGO! She and my grandmother Lucile TRAVIS were always "off to the game" (dragging me screaming in protest behind them. lol) Mom liked games of any kind, garage sales and talking. She enjoyed doing plastic canvas stitching and played a lot of cards and domino's. She loved children and could frequently be found playing a game with them or teaching them something. She baked constantly, always having something special to serve to anyone who stopped by the house. She and Carl were past members of Trinity Baptist Church in Enid. For a few years, I believe, that she was a member of the Ladies of the American Legion. She was very loved, and will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
