Arlene Kay Alley Haley Kiedis was born on September 20, 1956, in Lincoln, Illinois, to Fred and Geraldine (Landrum) Alley and passed from this earthly life unexpectedly, in her sleep, on December 28, 2024, at her home in Enid, Oklahoma.

A woman who loved to serve others, she worked in restaurants, customer service, and finally at Vance AFB as a cook and cashier at the bowling center and then on the flight line, tending to the maintenance of the airplanes until a back injury forced her into early retirement. When she was not working for the public, she was working at home caring for her children and then her grandchildren. Arlene was known for her kindness, generosity, and love of butterflies. She loved to cook and host huge gatherings for family and friends. She was the life of the party everywhere she went. Everyone loved to eat her delicious food and have a long and wild conversation about anything and anyone. Those who knew Arlene, knew she could carry the conversation and could hear her a mile away! Her infectious laugh and smile lit up the room. Nobody was a stranger, and she would take the shirt off her back to help anyone in need.

Arlene married Jackie Ray Haley, and four children were born to them: Randall, Brandy, Ray, and Casey. Arlene also gained a bonus son, Kenny, who became part of the family at an early age and followed wherever she moved. She later married John Kiedis and gained two more bonus children, Misty, and Dustin.

Arlene is survived by her loving partner Tristan Dahl of Enid; and her pride and joy, her family; children, Randall Scott Haley of Enid, Brandy Elaine Cooper (Darren) of Angie, LA, Ray Leon Haley (Lauren) of Enid, Casey Lee Haley of Enid, Kenny Wayne Andrews (Aubrie) of Checotah, OK, Misty Brinker (Justin) of Enid, and Dustin Kiedis of Enid; twenty grandchildren, Michael, Alivian, Chelsea, Sunny, Kaylee, Ashlynn, Chad, Callie, Airen, Jaedyn, Gage, Phoenix, Savanah, Camille, Caitlyn, Alyssa, Dominique, Blaze, Christian, and Paityn; and twelve great-grandchildren Braelyn, Kylin, Kendyln, Avarie, Wesson, Madison, Wyatt, Hadley, William, Tinlee, Penelope and Aiyana. She is also survived by her twin brother Orlan Thomas (O.T.) Alley, two sisters Clara Sue White and Donna Lee Cutrer of Louisiana, as well as many, many nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Erskin, Charles, Larry, Gordon, Ronald, Amaline, Shirley, Patricia, Jo Ann, and Vickie.

Anyone who had the privilege of knowing her, knows her family is everything to her and she lived by the saying, Live, Laugh, Love. Love always, Okie Momo.
