James "Jim" Winter

The Memorial services celebrating and honoring the life of James “Jim” Winter, 74, of Enid, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday December 9th, 2020 at Calvary Chapel Fellowship with Pastor Matthew Thoms officiating under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

Jim was born September 30, 1946 to Luther Lewis Winter and Dorothy Elizabeth Keller Winter in Indianapolis, Indiana and moved to his eternal home on December 2nd, 2020 in Enid, Oklahoma.

He graduated from Enid High School and attended college at Phillips University in 1964. He moved to California and worked at Dental Supply Co. He later returned to Enid and began working at Bill Munn Welding Supply for seven years. He achieved his Real Estate License in 1976, and after 40 years of selling homes with various agencies, he retired with Andrew Real Estate.

He is survived by one daughter, Lori Duncan and husband Jamie; one son Ronnie James Loucks; his sister, Linda Addington; and eight grandchildren, Addison, Hope, Grace, Christian, Asher, Jaydon, Elijah, and Faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Sandy Mocha.

Memorials may be given in his honor to the Young Living Foundation with Brown-Cummings Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
