JoAnne, 73, of Enid Oklahoma passed away peacefully on October 8th, 2018.

She was born in Glenwood, Minnesota on August 27th, 1945 to George and Hazel Coberly Clark. She was the oldest of eight children and at the age of seven she moved with her family to Weaverville, California where she was raised and educated, graduating High School in 1965. She then enlisted in the U.S. Army where she had top secret clearance and served in the 6th Army Message Center in San Francisco. She was then honorably discharged to care for her daughter. She lived in Phoenix for one year before moving to Enid. She had a passion for caring for children and babysat for many years. She then worked at Advance Foods as a line lead until she retired after 15 years. She was an active member of the S.C.A. (Society for Creative Anachronism). She had a heart for animals, rescuing horses and a multitude of other animals. She loved quilting and made many quilts that always seemed to be given away as soon as they were made. She enjoyed working in her garden and was known as a general Ms. Fix It. She always loved playing in the pool with her dog and was always on the go as a “Doer”.

She is survived by her daughter Sheryl Logan, brothers; George Clark, Raymond Clark (Karen), sisters; Shirley Millard, Linda Maddox (Fred), Roberta Jones (Charles), and Martha Dorris (Steve). Also many nieces and nephews, and service dog Missy. She was very loved and will be sorely missed.

She was preceded in death by parents George and Hazel Clark, her husband Wilbert Logan, and her brother Lloyd Clark.

Memorials may be made in her name to the Villalobos Animal Rescue Center with Brown-Cummings Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
