Sally Jo O'Neil

The Services Celebrating and Honoring the Life of Sally Jo O'Neil will be held privately at a later date. Complete cremation care is under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

Sally Jo O’Neil. 81, of Alva, formerly of Enid was born January 10, 1938 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma to Ralph and Betty Gold Bush and passed from this life at Beadles Nursing home in Alva, OK. on April 04, 2019 with her daughters by her side.

She moved to Enid at an early age and attended Enid Schools. In 1979 she graduated as a L.P.N. in Austin, TX. She was a member of the Eastern Star Chapter 36 since 1969. She was a past Worthy Matron in 1971, and member of the White Shrine and Amaranth. She retired in 2001.

She is survived by her daughters Sue Calivas Burks, of Freedom, OK., Lisa Calivas, of Kingman, AZ., son Mike Cordell, of Enid, OK., grandchildren Rae Anna, Shannon, Ricky, Garrett, Brook, and Melissa, five great-grandchildren, Sophia, Malcolm, Trevor “TJ”, Mia, and Dylan, brother Chris Bush, of Enid, OK., and sister, Doris Langkiet, of Great Falls MT.

She was preceded in death by son Jimmy Ballard, grandson Troy “TJ” Urban, sister Pat Maly, brother Bill Bush and her parents.
