Steve was born May 20, 1964, in Louisville, Kentucky. He entered the lives of the Fugazzi family in 1978 and was loved and cared for by David & Dorothy Fugazzi. He passed from this life peacefully surrounded by his family on September 30, 2022, in Enid, Oklahoma. Steve was raised in Northern Kentucky. Steve enjoyed spending time with his family. His favorite snack was Mountain Dew and chocolate pop tarts. You would never find Steve wearing anything other than a turtle neck and sweatpants and he'd let you know when it was time to buy him new ones. His pure and loving heart touched so many people. He is preceded in death by his father, David J Fugazzi, Sr., and one younger brother, Darrin R. Fugazzi. He is survived by his Mother. Dorothy Kiser Fugazzi of Enid, OK, brothers. David J. Fugazzi, Jr. of Enid, Daniel B. Fugazzi (Jennifer) of Enid, Dale Fugazzi of Cincinnati, Ohio, his nephews, Timothy Fugazzi (Marisol) of Enid, Aiden J. Fugazzi of Enid, Kyle Martin of Melbourne, KY; Nieces Amber Williams ( Ryan ) of Enid, Erica Fugazzi of Kansas, and his great-nephews, Cory, Logan, and Wesley.
